Courtney Robbins
I have loved animals from a very young age and got involved with working with horses, big cats, and dogs all before even graduating high school. Immediately following high school I attended an extensive K9 School and was certified in a variety of disciplines including puppy selection, temperament testing, obedience, behavior modification, service dog training, detection, and patrol and apprehension. While there the devastating events of 9/11 happened and I immediately signed up for the military and joined as a Military Police officer only to eventually become a K9 handler. Over the next 10 years, I performed details as a Patrol Explosive Detection Handler for dignitaries, an array of government agencies as well as the Pope and President, including 2 years overseas. I have owned and operated a doggie daycare and training facility in CT for multiple years offering group and private lessons for dogs of all sizes and ages, as well as worked for a Protection dog company in MA before moving to TN in 2015 to open Global K9 Protection Services. Now calling TN my home with my 5 dogs whom I compete in PSA and enjoy my life with, I want to share my knowledge and experience with pet owners and help you bridge the gap between communicating with your furry friend and making owning your dog extremely enjoyable.
Trainer
Tori Zach
My name is Tori and I am one of the trainers at Clever Canine. I have been around dogs all my life and I learned some of my basic training from my family dogs. I have been training dogs professionally for the last three years. I have experience with all areas of training as well as many different breeds. Behavioral modification, on and off-leash obedience, puppy training, house and basic manners, police dogs, personal protection dogs, and high-level obedience dogs. I have been learning at Global K9 for three years and I am constantly expanding my knowledge. My goal as a trainer is to help dog owners with what they are struggling with and to give guidance so that they can be successful in all aspects of their dog’s lives. I currently have a 2-year-old Malinois that I am preparing to compete is PSA (sport training), as well as my old girl who is a Bouvier that I’ve had since I was 12 years old who is my coach potato buddy.

Ashley Jago
Hi there!
My name is Ashley I’m one of the trainers with clever canine! I’ve always had a passion for working with dogs. I started by volunteering with rescue organizations when I was in high school and training friend's and family's dogs for fun. Then, about 4 years ago I started training dogs professionally. I’m well-versed in many types of dog training such as basic to advanced obedience, behavior modification, and several dog sports. I have attended many seminars and classes to continue my education. I am also pet CPR certified.
I can’t wait to work with you and your pup!

Alishia Johnson
Hi, I’m Alishia! I have been training dogs in one way or another since I was in elementary school! I grew up with field-bred GSPs, which fueled my initial love of dog training! I never fully abandoned dog training even while going to college for veterinary technology! While in school, I worked at a kennel part-time as a trainer. I helped the company form a puppy day school as well as taught group classes and offered CGC testing and trick dog evaluations. I eventually graduated from school and started my career as a vet tech. In 2019 I got my first sport dog, a Dutch shepherd, which rekindled my love of training. From there I ended up going part-time as a vet tech while also getting back into training part-time. In 2021, after 8 years as a vet tech, I left the veterinary field to pursue dog training full time and since then I’ve never looked back!
